Listen to my words, to get wisdom and instructions, therefore you can understand my teachings full of insights.
Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resist the authority resist the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.
Those who govern and serve law and justice, lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and thieves break through and steal; but lay for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
But behold, those that are corrupt serving justice, those that oppress and persecute my followers, who lavish to please themselves into idolatry of power and money, those who trample under their feet ,and smite, and rend, and turn their backs upon the poor and the meek, and my humble followers; These are those who are in awful state, and ripening for everlasting destruction. Those who work in secret combinations and serve the father of lies, the devil, because of their priest crafts and iniquities, I will do unto them while they are in the flesh, I will destroy their secret works of darkness, murders and of abominations. They shall perish because they are the worst of all the earth. For I will fulfill my promises.
